Radials
RADIALS are a deep collection of graphic paintings and works on paper begun in 2013. Design collides with happenstance to create layered meaning in this multifaceted series. Employing reverse print-making techniques utilizing tools both found and fashioned, these works materialize in the space between painting and sculpture. The RADIALS pictorial language draws from a wide range of subjects, from pop culture iconography, figurative imagery to scientific diagrams to craft a collision of meaning through layout. Palindromic language is just one of several threads these works follow.
